Skills:

. Experience in Chordiant
. 7-10 Years of experience in J2EE / Enterprise solutions or Chordiant
. Strong J2EE Technical person
. Sun Certified J2EE Architect or any relevent certifications
. Tools like rational, WSAD etc

Good communication and Presentation Skills

Rate is not a consideration for the right candidate.
