Career change
Hi,
Am an MBA graduate with specialization in Finance and marketing. I have 3 years experience in business developement in the IT industry. Currently am out of work for the past 7 months as i have a small baby to take care off. Now am planning to come back to full time work. But i would like to change my career and want to get into the HR field. How would i be able to bag an HR job? Should i need to go for some higher course in HR and if so, can you tell me good online/distance courses in HR. Please advise.
