[Exciting Opportunity]: Sr. Recruiter/ Recruiter – US IT Staffing
We are a mid-sized and fast growing Global Software Solutions and Services Company with operations in the US and India. We are seeking Sr. Recruiters/ Recruiters to support our Consulting & Professional Services Practice for our US Operations. The position is based at Hyderabad, India and will require working during US hours (9 AM to 6 PM EST).
Skills:
- Proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment with special emphasis on US Market
- Should be innovative in sourcing and staffing requirements in quick turnaround time via Job Boards, Networking, Third Party etc.
- Ability to identify suitable requirements and submit employees on the bench
- Should have very good understanding of US Employment and Tax Terms viz., W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, Permanent, Contract-to-Hire etc.
- Should have prior experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1 and OPTs.
- Should liaison and support the Sales Team to proactively source and submit resumes for various opportunities
- Should possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and team skills
Experience:
At least 4-6 years of US IT Staffing Experience
