Workshop Objectives
The objective of this functional technical competence module is to understand the concepts, processes and practices of training and development in the context of organizations’ increasing commitment to developmental activities and meet the competitive environment in the current scenario.

•Needs Assessment and Analysis
•Objective Setting for Training and Development
•Training Evaluation and Measurement
•HRD Trends, Strategy and Training
•Trainer's Role in Learning
•Moving from Training to Performance
USP’s of the Workshop
•One on one meetings with HR Heads at the end of the workshop.
•Post Workshop Engagement
•Two industry trainers; each would take a session of around 3.5 hrs at one go, which would also include Q&A
Tools Used:
Demonstrations, case studies, interactive exercises and opportunities for questions.
Target Participants:
HR Practitioners with 3-7 years experience.
