Hi,

I am Avinash, working as Assistant Manager - Human Resources for Manipal Universal Learning Pvt. Ltd., India.

I have 3 years of progressive experience in the field of Human Resources as a HR - Generalist. I was deputed to Manipal University Dubai Campus in April 2007. Since then I am in Dubai.

I have been involved in carrying out the day-to-day Human Resource operations, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, New Employee Orientation, developing the Performance Management System, Policy development and documentation, providing payroll backup support and partnering with the Accounts to maintain the payroll database.

Role:

The role is required to drive the HR strategy for the Risk &
