teach MBA-hr at IIPM since 2005 as visiting faculty
taught DBM-hr 84-87

did freelance training for frontline staff at birla cellulosic, om kotak mahindra, sachivalaya/through ILFS

hr retainer at prashant/prasad engg group 2006-07 - introducing performance appraisals, facilitating shop quality circles, personnel selection and induction, employee counseling, hr advisory role.
