I'm sorry but I did not mean to offend you. I need a very basic solution that offers Personnel Databse Management, Attendance Regularisation, OFFLINE leave regularisation (Yes, offline) and flexiblity in report generation. did I also mention that I need all this on a shoe string budget of Under 1 Lakh? Could you help?
