Work from Home policies and practices
Hi, I was looking at benchmarking with organizations wo have policies and practices around flexible work arrangements like part time work, work from home policy etc. If any of you here know about organziations who have good practices in this area or know HR people who have knowledge about this, please do share their contact details with me. If you know of any internet resources I could refer to, that would be great. Would appreciate any input in this.

Hi Mona,
Genpact has seamlessly incorporated the WFH policy in their organization. Another example would be NIIT.
