What innovative idea would you bring in for the staff who does the same work everyday?

Hi,

Many corporate use to boost their employees to be more productive on their work and don’t look disgusted on their routine job. It means, they use to conduct corporate gift among the teams, which the respective Team leader or Project Manger should take initiative and select their member from their team and organize an inter meeting to issue and momentum (a shield with employee name and certificate represents the project title and his responsibilities) on behalf of his dedication to his/her work. It definitely should be added and whisper among team mates to show their interest on their work to prove among themselves.
