Hi Nathan, I'm probably more than a little late replying to your message. But in case you are still looking, or someone else comes across this thread you may want to check out a site we developed, it may do what you are looking for.

www.quickselect.net allows you to create a questionnaire that applicants fill out, it then scores those applicants and provides sorting, ranking and ways to communicate including the scheduling interviews.

The first job posting is free, and the per job posting cost is pretty reasonable. If you try it out I'd love to hear what you think.
