Hi Gireesh,

I read a couple of your posts and particularly enjoyed the one on employee motivation for its reference to the Maritz poll results on individual reward preferences. Interestingly, a friend has asked for a quick assessment of her firm's recently chalked out employee recognition plan and it's been helpful to know the poll results in that context.
