- About Me:
- I am a behavioural skills trainer with a total of 8years experience. I am a diversified professional from Sales -to- Staffing Services -to- Behavioural Training.
Over the last 36 months trained more than 1500 employees from junior & middle level management. I'm one of the lead assessors of Competence Assessment & Development Centre at FIC.
Previous experiences in Human Resources & Marketing industry chip in to become a trainer and build the passion towards Training & Organisation Development. I was successful in implementing some of the best practices in L&D at FIC. I have expertise and experience in training need analysis, designing and development of course content, and facilitating programs based on the target group. I strongly believe and trust in pre & post training assessment and provides developmental plan to the participants.
I train largely on behavioural areas across domains on various skills; Positive Thinking (Attitude), Corporate Etiquette, Effective Communication Skill, Train-the-Trainer, Personality Development, Work Ethics, Leadership, Team Work, Team Building, Interpersonal, etc.
I strongly believe in experiential learning customised to various interventions like video mirroring, hand-holding exercises, role plays, games, case studies and activities best suited to adult learning method. Also, has finer experience in out-bound training programs like Team Building, Team Work, and Leadership.
With a meticulous understanding of Learning & Development process, I'm geared up to accept challenges in any industry.
