- About Me:
- I am a Doctorate from XLRI Jamshedpur and have been in acadamics from 2004 onwards. After working in academics for nearly 5 years in institutions like IIM Banagalore, Kozikode and Goa Institue of Management, I have recently shifted to corporate and am currently working as Senior consultant and Faculty at Tata Management Training Center. I have rich teaching and consulting experience in HR and OD area. Prior to my doctorate at XLRI, I worked for about 4 years in Service and Consultancy organisations as Personnel Officer and Associate Consultant. I do research in HR & OB area. I have several publications in national and international journals and conference proceedings.
