HR may soon be told to scrap HIV test rule !
The government may soon ban companies from testing prospective employees for HIV and AIDS patients.
The Government has decided to ban the practice as these test are discriminatory and unconstitutional, an official in the Labour Minister is reported quoting. Many incidents where companies conduct these test without the consent of the new recruits and in guise of medical check ups, have come to notice from anonymous Government sources.

Mam plz tell me if u can provide me some good summer internship in month of april may 2009 in mumbai or any where else ; As i m pursuing PGDM (MBA) and its mandatory to do this summer training for two month ;I would like to continue with same organization after completing my course in 2010. I m person love to interact people from diverse cultures and places.
